目前,国产手扶、小四轮施拉机,小型农用运输车、农副加工动力柴油机,大多数都采用的是单缸柴油机。有些操作手在使用过程中,只顾使用,不注重技术保养,导致柴油机技术状态恶化,最突出的表现就是耗油量超标。耗油量过大,会使发动机冒黑烟,污染环境,功率下降,经济性变差。耗油量过大的主要原因,是柴油机的“三大偶件”严重磨损,分析其原因有以下几个方面:1.喷油嘴磨损喷油嘴针阀与钳阀俸磨损
