《涉江词稿序》是汪东存世作品中少见的词集序言。在该序言中,汪东根据时代环境的变化,以“三变”解读沈祖棻的词作与词风。这种解读方式透露出汪东的词学思想,结合汪东的其他词学文章,可见出汪东词学思想的内涵与时代意义。由此既可理解汪东词学思想对沈祖棻的深刻影响,也可探讨民国时期历史现实、政治与文学批评、创作的互动。
“Preface to the Jiang Ci” is a rare preface in Wang Dong’s works. In this preface, Wang Dong interprets the words and style of Shen Zujian based on the changes of the times and the environment. This way of interpretation revealed Wang Dong’s Ci-Ci ideology, combined with Wang Dong’s other Ci-Ci articles, showing the connotation and the contemporary significance of Wang Dong’s Ci-Ci ideology. This can not only understand the profound influence of Wang Dong’s Ci-poetry on Shen Zu-yi, but also explore the interaction between historical realism, politics and literary criticism and creations during the Republic of China.
