尼泊尔上塔马克西水电站工程坝首结构中,冲砂渠流道表层抗冲耐磨混凝土标号为C55和C70,为高强混凝土。对此部位混凝土配合比如何设计及如何施工,一直是公司关注和重视的一个问题,为此专门将它列为公司科技立项项目,成立了一个科技攻关小组,对此进行研究。经过近两年的技术攻关,最终完成了配合比设计及现场施工工作,混凝土的各项质量指标达到合同要求。文章在此对高标号混凝土施工技术进行详细总结,将取得的一些成功的经验和作法撰写成文,以供同类工程借鉴参考。
