南水北调配套工程管材主要选用PCCP管道,PCCP管道质量及安装好坏,是工程的关键,直接关系到工程的正常运行。文章从工程概况、变更原因、变更方案、施工流程、施工过程控制、以及措施保障等方面,详细探讨了PCCP管道腋角砂回填施工技术要求,特别强调腋角砂回填的相对密度必须满足设计和规范要求,从而提高了PCCP管道的稳定性,杜绝PCCP管道运行的隐患。
The main choice of South-North Pipeline Project Pipe PCCP pipe, PCCP pipe quality and installation is good, is the key to the project, directly related to the normal operation of the project. In this paper, the technical requirements for the PCCP pipeline axillary sand backfill construction are discussed in detail from the aspects of project overview, reason of change, change plan, construction process, construction process control and measures support. In particular, the relative density of axillary sand backfill must meet the requirements of design and Standard requirements, thereby enhancing the stability of the PCCP pipe, PCCP pipeline to prevent the hidden dangers.
