上海五七○三厂子一九七五年试制成功第一台测氢仪,开始用于“无氰镀镉钛合金”新工艺。它能直接测出酸洗电镀过程中零件受氢情况,并且对“电镀工艺”如酸洗、无氰电镀,以及腐蚀时受氢情况均可测出。该仪器测试方便,测试周期短,效果好,可反复使用。其主要原理是测量铁壳子电子管内部的真空度,以真空度的变化来判断所测电镀液中含氢量的多少。
Shanghai May 703 factory successfully prototyped the first hydrogen tester in 1975 and started to use the new technology of “cyanide-free cadmium plating titanium alloy.” It can directly measure the pickling process of hydrogen absorption parts, and the “plating process” such as pickling, cyanide-free plating, as well as corrosion by hydrogen conditions can be measured. The instrument is easy to test, test cycle is short, the effect is good, can be used repeatedly. The main principle is to measure the vacuum inside the iron shell tube to determine the change of the degree of vacuum measured by the amount of hydrogen content in the plating solution.
