我们治疗了61例不稳定性心绞痛,在常规治疗的基础上,43例加用中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所昆明大观生物化学制品厂生产的肝素钙,与常规治疗组比较有显著性差异。对象与方法61例不稳定性心绞痛,男45例,女16例,年龄43～86岁(平均62岁)。本组61例用符合下列条件:(1)恶化型心绞痛33例,有劳累性心绞痛或陈旧性心肌梗塞史,近3个月内心绞痛发作次数增加、程度加重、持续时间延长、含服硝酸甘油片的数目增多,运动耐量降低、可伴有静息心绞痛发作者。(2)初发劳累性心绞痛9例
We treated 61 cases of unstable angina, on the basis of routine treatment, 43 cases with the addition of heparin calcium produced by Kunming Dagang Biochemical Products Factory, Institute of Medical Biology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences showed significant differences compared with the conventional treatment group. (2) first onset of exertional angina in 9 cases
