吉怀高速公路是包头至茂名国家高速公路湖南省境内吉首至怀化段。本项目线路北起吉首市东的小庄村,途经湘西自治州的吉首市、凤凰县,怀化市的麻阳县、鹤城区、芷江县,止于怀化市鹤城区的牛栏坡,全长104.836公里,其中在湘西自治州境内长43.979公里,怀化市境内长60.857公里,按四车道高速公路标准建设,计有收费站8个,服务区、收费站、停车场、养护工区各2个。本项目批复概算88.19亿元,工期48个月。吉怀路是典型的山区高速公路,地形地质条件复杂,桥隧比例达47.75%;沿线生态环境较好,民族
Jiyuai Expressway is from Baotou to Maoming National Expressway in Jishou to Huaihua section of Hunan Province. The project line starts from Xiaozhuang Village in the east of Jishou City and passes through Jishou City, Fenghuang County of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, Mayang County, Hecheng District and Zhijiang County of Huaihua City, ending in Niulan slope of Hecheng District in Huaihua City with a total length of 104.836 Km, of which 43.979 km long in the territory of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, 60.857 km long in Huaihua City, according to the standard four-lane highway construction, there are 8 toll booths, service areas, toll stations, parking lots, maintenance work area 2 each. The approval of this project is estimated to be 8.819 billion yuan, with a construction period of 48 months. Jhihuai Road is a typical mountain highway, the terrain and geological conditions are complex, the proportion of bridge and tunnel reached 47.75%; along the ecological environment is better, the nationality
