目的建立分离芦荟苷同分异构体及同时测定不同库拉索芦荟样品中芦荟苷、异芦荟色苷D、芦荟大黄素含量的毛细管区带电泳法(CZE),并对各种影响电泳分离的因素进行了探讨。方法以芦丁为内标,采用未涂层弹性熔融石英毛细管柱(57 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm),以20 mmol·L-1硼砂+2 mmol·L-1β-环糊精(pH=9.65)为背景电解质溶液,分离电压为18 kV,重力进样5 s(高度15 cm),检测波长365 nm。结果芦荟苷的一对同分异构体能够达到良好的分离,以芦丁为内标,库拉索芦荟样品中的芦荟苷、异芦荟色苷D、芦荟大黄素3种成分在7 min内得到良好的分离测定。结论此方法简便,快速,成本低,可用于芦荟样品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method for the separation of aloe glycoside isomers and simultaneous determination of aloe-glycosides, isoproterenol D and aloe-emodin in different samples of Aloe vera, The factors discussed. The uncoated flexible fused silica capillary column (57 cm × 75 μm, effective length 50 cm) was used with 20 mmol·L -1 borax + 2 mmol·L -1 β-cyclodextrin = 9.65) as the background electrolyte solution, the separation voltage is 18 kV, the gravity injection is 5 s (height 15 cm) and the detection wavelength is 365 nm. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and low cost and can be used for the quality control of aloe sample.
