最近,美军空军参谋长施瓦茨和海军作战部长格林特纳在美国一家网络杂志联合发表文章称:随着苏联解体,美军调整了政策,尽最大可能向“热点地区”投射军力。如今,美军的核心战力日益受到其他国家军力增长和战略调整的威胁。作为回应,美国空军和海军部门开创了“空海一体战”概念,以确保美军仍有能力投射军力,维护美国在世界范围内的利益。
Recently, U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Schwarz and Naval Operations Minister Gerintner published a joint article in an internet magazine in the United States saying that with the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the U.S. military adjusted its policies and tried to project military power to the “hot spots” to the greatest extent possible. Today, the core capabilities of the U.S. military are increasingly threatened by military growth and strategic adjustment in other countries. In response, the U.S. Air Force and the Navy Department created the concept of “air-sea integrated warfare” to ensure that the U.S. military still has the capability to project military forces and safeguard the interests of the United States in the world.
