高等院校培养高质量的旅游专业人才依托旅游管理专业本科的课程设置,其中实践课程设置是课程设置内容的重要组成部分。笔者根据多年教学经验,结合学生实际情况,对目前我国大部分高等院校旅游管理专业本科层次在实践课程设置上普遍存在的问题进行了客观分析,为旅游管理专业本科实践课程设置的优化改革提供可参考的依据。高等院校旅游管理专业本科实践课程的设置需要转变观念,改变传统的教学模式,对人才的培养应当适应旅游产业的发展。高等院校的旅游管理专业应当加强对学生实践能力的培养。目前我国高等院校旅游管理专业实践课程设置及其教学均普遍存在一些缺陷,学生实践能力需要进一步提高。实践教学的质量的高低,取决于多方面,因此必须对实践课程的设置进行优化改革、明确培养目标、增强师资力量、建设长期稳定的实习培训基地并且对实践教学管理进行改革。

At present, some shortcomings exist in the practical courses and teaching of tourism management major in colleges and universities in our country, and students’ practical abilities need to be further improved. The quality of practical teaching depends on many aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the optimization and reform of the practice curriculum, clearly set goals, enhance teachers’ ability, build a long-term and stable training base and reform the practice teaching management.
