对浸渍法制备Pd/Al_2O_3的一些影响因素进行了考察。发现经1173K焙烧的氧化铝作为载体最好,其表面积为109m~2/g,孔径分布以2~10nm的孔为主,其晶型为θ型与δ型的混合物。载体载钯为0.3(wt)%时,催化剂的活性较好。用H_2-O_2滴定法测得0.3(wt)%Pd/Al_2O_3的金属分散度为22.0%。研究了Pd/Al_2O_3上氢的热脱附,并对脱附峰进行了分析,区分了氢的脱附与吸附水的脱附峰。
Some influencing factors of Pd / Al_2O_3 preparation by impregnation method were investigated. The alumina calcined at 1173K was found to be the most preferred carrier with a surface area of 109 m 2 / g and a pore size distribution of pores of 2 to 10 nm with a mixture of θ and δ forms. When the supported palladium is 0.3% by weight, the activity of the catalyst is better. The metal dispersion of 0.3 (wt)% Pd / Al 2 O 3 was 22.0% measured by H 2 O 2 titration. The thermal desorption of hydrogen on Pd / Al 2 O 3 was studied and the desorption peak was analyzed to distinguish the desorption of hydrogen and the desorption peak of adsorbed water.
