在化学模拟生物体系的研究中,胶束催化是近年来较为活跃的一个领域。胶束已用作酶催化的模型,与细胞膜的结构也有某种程度的相似。在胶束体系的反应已广泛研究,并已由Fendler全面总结,这里仅就胶束催化的一般特征作一个简要的介绍。
In the study of chemical analogue biological systems, micellar catalysis is one of the most active fields in recent years. Micelles have been used as models for enzyme catalysis and are somewhat similar in structure to cell membranes. The reaction in the micellar system has been extensively studied and has been fully summarized by Fendler. Here only a brief overview of the general characteristics of micellar catalysis is given.
