为缓解日趋严重的研究生心理健康问题,通过对研究生婚恋状况及心理健康现状的调查,探讨他们心理上的某些特征和规律,分析其婚恋状况与心理健康的关系,并寻求解决的对策,旨在促使社会和高校对研究生心理健康问题引起应有重视,对高校研究生的心理健康教育和管理工作提供参考对策,以提高心理健康教育的工作的针对性和有效性。
In order to alleviate the increasingly serious problem of postgraduates ’mental health, this paper investigates the status quo of postgraduates’ marriage status and mental health, discusses their psychological characteristics and laws, analyzes the relationship between their marital status and mental health, and seeks solutions to the problem. In the society and universities to promote the psychological health of graduate students should pay due attention to the psychological health education and management of graduate students to provide reference strategies to improve the relevance and effectiveness of mental health education.
