在机体有氧代谢过程中,产生的氧自由基能损伤细胞膜,从而导致细胞的衰老;而正常机体中的红细胞内超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)是重要的清除氧自由基的物质之一,研究其与增龄的关系已日益为人们所重视。为此,我们对113例各年龄组健康人的SOD活性进行了检测,现报道如下。
