方电华江西九江人,海峡时报社美术编辑、记者,就读于中国艺术研究院研究生院、中国画院。现为中国美术家协会福建分会会员,福州市美术家协会理事。中国水墨山水画自魏晋人物画配景中分支独立成科以来,每个朝代在美术史上灼灼留名的山水画大家,可谓流派纷呈、洋洋大观。其丰富的经典作品和文化积淀所汇成的优良传统,对于当代山水画家来说,既是继承的宝库,又是出新的羁绊。
