党的十八大明确提出要加强反腐倡廉教育,大力建设廉政文化,更有效、更科学地防止腐败,这是对廉政文化的发扬光大。在社会持续发展和进步的新时期,企业廉洁文化势必会成为企业强化执政能力、做反腐倡廉斗争的重要内容。从执政能力与廉洁文化的关系入手,探讨提出几点具体措施,以强化执政能力,进一步完善企业廉洁文化建设。
The 18th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed that we should strengthen education on combating corruption and upholding integrity, vigorously build a clean and honest culture, prevent corruption more effectively and scientifically, and this is a great move to promote a clean and honest culture. In the new period of sustained social development and progress, the honest corporate culture is bound to become an important part of the enterprise’s struggle to strengthen its governing ability and fight corruption. Starting from the relationship between governing capability and honest culture, this paper discusses some specific measures proposed to strengthen the governing ability and further improve the construction of corporate honest culture.
