有限元的应力分析已广泛应用于口腔医学领域。本文综述了有限元对全瓷冠、桩冠、固定义齿和种植固定义齿的应力分析,研究其应力分布规律,为口腔修复体设计和制作提供理论依据。结果表明:全瓷冠和桩冠的颈部有拉应力和压应力集中;固定义齿的应力集中在桥体与固位体连接体处,磨牙是固定义齿的理想基牙;种植固定义齿最大应力集中在种植体的颈部。建议口腔临床医师应注意使修复体牙合力分散,并去除侧向外力对基牙造成的损害。
Finite element stress analysis has been widely used in the field of stomatology. In this paper, the stress analysis of all-ceramic crowns, post crowns, fixed dentures and implantable dentures with finite element method is reviewed.
