本文作者测定了20例急性粒细胞白血病(AML)和19例其它造血系统肿瘤患者的肿瘤细胞中腺嘌呤脱氨酶(ADA)和嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶(PNP)的活性,并与63名正常人的白细胞进行了对照。20例人ML患者中,18例未接受过细胞抑制剂的治疗;2例接受过此类药物的治疗,但处于复发期。19例其它造血系统肿瘤患者中有:慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)10例,慢性淋巴细胞性白血病(CLL)4例,急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)2例,多发性骨髓瘤(ML)3例。ML患者的外周血白细胞数正常。正常对照组63人,年龄21~90岁,无恶性肿瘤证据,外周血白细胞数及分类正常。AML患者与对照组相比,ADA活性明显升高(P<0.01)。ADA活性升高与外周血中幼稚细胞的
The authors determined the activity of adenine deaminase (ADA) and purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) in tumor cells of 20 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and 19 other hematopoietic system tumors, and compared with 63 patients. Normal human white blood cells were compared. Of the 20 patients with ML, 18 were not treated with cytostatics; 2 were treated with such drugs but were in relapse. Among the 19 patients with other hematopoietic system tumors, there were 10 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), 4 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), 2 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and multiple myeloma (ML). 3 cases. The number of peripheral white blood cells in patients with ML was normal. The normal control group consisted of 63 people, aged 21 to 90 years. There was no evidence of malignancy. The number and classification of white blood cells in peripheral blood were normal. The activity of ADA was significantly higher in AML patients than in controls (P<0.01).
