近些年来,世界各国开展重视精神卫生事业,尤其是较发达国家,不断开展精神科的改革,以适应不断变化的社会需求和人们的需要。现介绍一二,供国内同行参考。1 建立开放病房 1993年日本的精神病协会调查表明,在日本的精神病院中,2.6％为全部开放,18.9％为全封闭式,其余将近80％的医院为开放与封闭式。另外,有统计表明,18.3％的医院,开放病床占总病床的60％以上,封闭病房主要用于极度兴奋、抑郁或严重丧失行为能力的患者。
In recent years, all countries in the world have put emphasis on mental health undertakings, especially in more developed countries, and have continued to carry out psychiatric reforms to adapt to changing social needs and people’s needs. Now introduce one or two for domestic counterparts. 1 Establishing open wards In 1993, the Japanese Psychiatric Association survey showed that in the mental hospitals in Japan, 2.6% were fully open, 18.9% were fully closed, and nearly 80% of the remaining hospitals were open and closed. In addition, statistics show that 18.3% of hospitals and open beds account for more than 60% of the total beds. Closed wards are mainly used for patients with extreme excitement, depression or severe incapacity.
