本文对中英社区卫生服务的医师状况进行了较详细的介绍，并对两者进行了比较，结论是英国社区卫生服务医师资源更加丰富，医师地位更高，培训更系统、科学，管理更独特、完善、有效，值得我国借鉴，最后提出了我国社区卫生服务的人力对策
This article gives a detailed introduction to the status of physicians in community health services between China and the United Kingdom, and compares them. The conclusion is that UK community health service physicians are more resourceful, physicians are more advanced, training is more systematic and scientific, and management is more unique. , perfect and effective, worthy of our country’s reference, and finally put forward the human resources countermeasures for community health services in China.
