师者,所以传道、授业、解惑也。思想品德教师尤其是初中阶段的思想品德教师除了有这三方面的任务,更重要的是在思想上、行为上教育,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。初中生处于青春期,生理的变化促使其心理的变化,错综交织的矛盾和激烈震荡的内心世界促使其发生人格再造的“第二次诞生”。因此,适时的帮助、引导是非常重要的。在教学实践的基础上,针对初中思想品德学科的特点,我想从以下几个方面谈谈自己的看法:
