随着县级经济、社会、文化的加速发展,人们对城市的认识、要求不断提高,江西县级建筑工程像雨后的春笋,县城、乡镇、村庄到处都有新建建筑工程。如何做好县级建筑工程施工管理日益成为一项重要的工作。其中县级建筑工程,包括政府投资的重大基本建项目、公益性和公共基础设施、社会事业建设项目的施工管理显得越来越重要。因此,结合本人多年来从事建筑业建筑工程施工管理的经验,试从土石方工程施工、钢筋混凝土工程施工、施工安全管理等方面入手分析。
With the accelerating development of economy, society and culture at the county level, people’s awareness of and demand for the city have been constantly raised. The construction of county-level buildings in Jiangxi Province has springing up like rain. There are new construction projects everywhere in the county, towns and villages. How to do the construction management of county-level construction is becoming an important task day by day. Among them, the county-level construction projects, including major capital projects invested by the government, construction management of public welfare and public infrastructure projects and social construction projects, are becoming more and more important. Therefore, combining with my experience in construction management of construction industry for many years, I try to analyze from the aspects of earthwork construction, reinforced concrete construction and construction safety management.
