《干部教育培训工作条例(试行)》的颁布,给党校干部教育培训工作带来了难得的发展机遇,同时也提出了新的更高的要求和挑战。通过对当前区(市)县党校干部教育培训存在问题的分析,党校要继续发挥干部教育培训主阵地的作用,确保干部培训的质量和效果,必须深化教学改革,优化培训资源。一是要加大投入,搞好基地建设;二是要整合资源,壮大培训力量;三是要拓宽培训渠道,健全培训机制;四是要创新培训方式,增强培训效果。
The promulgation of the Regulations on the Work of Cadre Education and Training (Trial Implementation) has brought a rare opportunity for education and training of Party cadres. At the same time, new and higher requirements and challenges have also been put forward. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the education and training of cadres in party schools in the current district (city) counties, the party schools must continue to give full play to the role of the cadre education and training main body and ensure the quality and effectiveness of cadre training. We must deepen the teaching reform and optimize training resources.
