职工是煤矿的生产主体,是煤矿安全生产和管理中最关键、最活跃的因素,其保自主安意识和自身素质的高低,是决定安全生产的基础。只有强化安全教育培训,提高安全意识,才能促进矿井安全生产。
Workers are the mainstay of coal mines and are the most crucial and active factor in coal mine safety production and management. Their awareness of self-protection and the quality of their own are the basis for determining safety in production. Only by strengthening safety education and training and raising safety awareness can mine safety be promoted.
