There are two major issues of concern to 2015 for Chinese public officials. One is the reform of the pension insurance system and the other is the formulation of a deferred retirement plan. For the retired public officials, especially teachers, how to make a smooth transition is a major issue for them. Shortly after the start of school, 57-year-old teacher Zhang came to my office.
