在前两期专栏中,我们详细的论述了“电子监控”在国家重点投资项目监控管理方面的必要性、优越性,及其在众多政府职能部门中的广泛应用前景。从中可以看到,通过完善的“政企链/G2B”、“政务链/G2G”系统,电子监控全面加强了政府在国家重点投资项目中的事前预防、事中控制及整体决策能力。并做到了有效的资金管理及良好的国有资产控制。从而确保了国家重点投资项目的顺利实施。 本期我们将重点介绍万维易化“国家重点投资项目监控管理系统”在政府督查部门中的实际应用。
