随着我国城市化建设的飞速发展,高层建筑日趋增多,已逐渐成为现代城市的主要标志。高层建筑层数多、规模大、人员集中、疏散困难、功能复杂、用电负荷大、配电线路密集、可燃材料多、火灾时烟囱效应显著,一旦发生火灾,火势在水平和垂直方向蔓延途径多,发展迅速。现阶段高层建筑火灾事故明显呈上升趋势,群死群伤事故时有发生,给国家和人民生命财产造成了极大的损失。故,文章在分析影响现代高层建筑安全疏散的因素的基础上,针对性的提出了现代高层建筑疏散的建设性意见。
With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, high-rise buildings are increasing day by day and have gradually become the major hallmark of modern cities. There are many high-rise buildings, large-scale, concentrated staff, evacuation difficulties, complex functions, large load of electricity, dense distribution lines, and more combustible materials. At this stage, the high-rise building fire accident obviously shows an upward trend, and the mass death and mass casualty accidents occur from time to time, causing great losses to the life and property of the country and the people. Therefore, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the safety evacuation of modern high-rise buildings, the article puts forward some constructive suggestions aimed at the evacuation of modern high-rise buildings.
