不仅资本主义发展不平衡,整个世界发展也是不平衡的。当代世界发展的不平衡可从两个层次考察。发展不平衡是商品生产的本性。当代世界各国发展不平衡,不仅要看其数量指标的变动,更重要的是要看其质量指标的变动。当代世界发展不平衡有多方面的突出表现。在这个过程中,有多种因素在起作用。当代世界发展不平衡导致世界经济的多极化,地区集团化,导致国际经济关系中矛盾和斗争的复杂化。
Not only is the development of capitalism unbalanced, but also the development of the entire world is unbalanced.
