目的:探讨生殖营养胶囊与五子衍宗丸对少精证大鼠模型生殖机能影响的差异。方法:SD雄性大鼠100只,随机分为对照组、模型组、生殖营养胶囊组、五子衍宗丸组4组,每组25只。模型组、生殖营养胶囊组、五子衍宗丸组均按500 mg/kg剂量腺嘌呤灌胃造模,每周2次,为期2个月;同时,生殖营养胶囊组按1.96 g/kg灌服生殖营养方水煎液,五子衍宗丸组按1.96 g/kg灌服五子衍宗丸水煎液,对照组灌服等体积生理盐水。实验结束后禁食12 h,取血测睾酮、黄体生成素的含量;摘取附睾,用光学显微镜镜检精子数、精子存活率、精子活动度、精子畸形率;取双侧睾丸,HE染色,进行病理观察。结果:腺嘌呤可以导致大鼠精子数量减少、存活率降低、活动度低且精子畸形率增高;血清睾酮和黄体生成素含量下降。生殖营养胶囊和五子衍宗丸都可以改善腺嘌呤造成的此种情况,其中以生殖营养胶囊对精子数量,存活率、活动度,畸形率改善疗效为佳;生殖营养胶囊和五子衍宗丸都可以纠正分泌障碍,但两者在改善睾酮和黄体生成素的分泌方面作用力度相差不大。结论:在五子衍宗丸基础上添加生殖营养必需物质制成的生殖营养胶囊较传统制剂能更好地提高精子质量。
