例１：女，９岁，右耳垂下瘘口溢液反复肿疼９年。患儿自幼右耳垂下、下颌角后皮肤有一瘘口，挤压时有分泌物溢出，局部反复肿疼，曾在多家医院切开排脓６次。查体：右耳垂下１．５ｃｍ、下颌角后皮肤有一针尖大瘘口，挤压无分泌物溢出，局部皮肤多处切口瘢痕。入院诊断：鳃裂?
Example 1: Female, 9 years old, right ear drop fistula discharge repeated swelling and pain for 9 years.
