1981年我们曾进行隧洞掘进机盘形滚刀滚压中硬岩石的试验。目的在于探索岩石破碎规律与特点;滚刀受力与刀具几何参数、切深、槽间距之间的关系;探讨破岩机理,以期有助于全断面隧洞掘进机的设计与使用。全部试验包括六个项目:①用正交设计法规划盘形滚刀滚压光面岩石试件的直槽试验;②在毛面岩石试件上滚压直槽的对比试验;③在光面岩石试件上滚压圆槽的试验;④在毛面岩石试件上滚压圆槽的试验;⑤盘形滚刀安装内偏角β=0°、3°、5°时,在光面岩石试件上滚
In 1981, we conducted a trial of a medium-hard rock rolling with a tunnel hob by a tunnel boring machine. The purpose is to explore the laws and characteristics of rock fragmentation; the relationship between the force of the hob and the tool geometry, depth of cut, and groove spacing; and explore the mechanism of rock breaking in order to contribute to the design and use of a full-face tunnel boring machine. All the tests include six items: (1) Using the orthogonal design method to plan the straight groove test of the rolled hob-roll smooth surface rock specimen; (2) Contrast test of rolling the straight groove on the rough surface rock specimen; (3) On the smooth surface Rolling test of circular groove on rock test piece; 4 Rolling test of circular groove on rough-faced rock test piece; 5 In-plane deflection angle of disk-shaped hob installation: β = 0°, 3°, 5°, on smooth side Rock Specimen Rolled Up
