用复方丹参及早期康复治疗急性脑出血７１例，并与常规止血、降颅内压治疗的７１例进行对照观察，结果治疗组总有效率为９２．９０％，对照组为７６．９０％，两组比较有显著性差异（２＝７．３２，Ｐ＜０．０１），疗效以治疗组为优。认为复方丹参具有活血化瘀，改善循环的作用，有利于血肿的吸收，早期配合针刺治疗效果更佳。在基层医院缺乏ＣＴ设备，无法鉴别是缺血性还是出血性脑血管意外的情况下，用此疗法安全可靠，值得推广
