应用放射免疫法测定了脑出血患者急性期和恢复期血浆和脑脊液中生长抑素的含量．结果发现，各组脑出血患者脑脊液中的生长抑素含量均显著高于相应的血浆中生长抑素含量；脑出血急性期患者血浆和脑脊液中的生长抑素含量均显著高于恢复期和对照组的生长抑素含量，提示生长抑素在脑出血发生中具有重要作用
The contents of somatostatin in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in acute and convalescent patients with cerebral hemorrhage were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the content of somatostatin in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with cerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than that of corresponding somatostatin in plasma. The content of somatostatin in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than that in recovery and control Group somatostatin content, suggesting that somatostatin in the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage has an important role
