随着城市规模的扩大,人口的增加,相应建设规模都随之扩大,加之2008年奥运申办成功,全国各地的体育中心建设如雨后春笋般,投资规模也越来越大,建设规模也越来越上档次,设计样式也越来越新颖,功能设置也越来越全面,体育功艺与建设功能越来越溶为一体,体育中心的建设管理也日益重要。根据体育中心的建设过程,管理大体可分为三个阶段:建设初期管理、建设过程管理、建设后期(交付使用)管理。对体育中心建设过程的三个阶段的管理分别予以探讨。
