本刊讯中国寒冷地区冬季施工技术交流网、中国建筑学会建筑施工学术委员会冬施学组于1990年9月10日至14日在新疆乌鲁木齐市召开了全国冬季施工技术会议。来自三北地区12个省、市、自治区,14个部委系统的有关科研、设计、施工、教学、建筑管理及书刊编辑出版部门的132名代表参加了会议,大会交流资料54份。
In this paper, the winter construction technology exchange network in the cold regions of China and the Academic Committee of the Architectural Construction Academic Committee of the Chinese Architectural Society held the National Winter Construction Technical Conference in Urumqi, Xinjiang from September 10 to September 14, 1990. Thirty-two representatives from 14 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the Three North region, including scientific research, design, construction, teaching, architecture management, and book editing and publishing departments of 14 ministries and commissions attended the conference, and the conference exchanged 54 documents.
