新闻媒体作为时代发展变迁的先声,有着其特殊地位和重要作用。在新时期大背景下,新情况、新问题层出不穷,新思潮、新事物纷至沓来,有人类文明的优秀成果,也有一些本应抛弃的糟粕思想理念。作为主流新闻媒体的报社,其新闻队伍的政治素质情况和思想状况,直接影响着舆论宣传的导向。本文旨在探索新形势下做好报社思想政治工作的规律和办法,以便报社培养一支政治素质高、思想过硬的新闻队伍。
As the forerunner of the development and changes of the times, the news media has its special status and important role. Under the background of the new era, new situations and new problems are emerging one after another. New ideas and new things are pouring in. There are outstanding achievements of human civilization as well as some dross ideas that should have been abandoned. As a mainstream news media newspaper, the political quality and ideological status of its news force have a direct impact on the orientation of media publicity. The purpose of this article is to explore the ways and means of doing well the ideological and political work of the newspaper under the new situation so that the newspaper college can cultivate a news team with high political quality and perfect thinking.
