2010年,赛立信推出了公司自主研发的广播收听测量仪BSM(第一代个人便携式BSM)并在全国推广使用,已在北京上海、广州,武汉长沙等十多个城市采用BSM取代传统的日记卡方式采集收听数据,2014年8月,赛立信推出移动智能终端广播收听数据采集工具“金唛广播汇”(GRM):随后,赛立信自主研发的车载式测量仪(第二代BSM)正式投入使用。这标志着,赛立信媒介研究有限公司率先在全球实现了广播收听率调查全电子化,智能化的数据采集,引领中国广播收听率调查数据采集技术迈进国际领先水平。
