罗迎祥烈士是仙游麦斜人,1938年6月参加新四军北上抗日;1946年8月奉调回福建开展党的工作;1947年4月任闽中游击纵队参谋长;1947年7月在南安诗山战斗中壮烈牺牲。
Luo Yingxiang martyr is Xianyou Mai oblique people, in June 1938 to participate in the New Fourth Army northward anti-Japanese; 1946 August Feng transferred back to Fujian to carry out the work of the party; April 1947 Minzhong middle guerrillas chief of staff; July 1947 in Nanan poem Mountain battle heroic sacrifice.
