比较并分析当前高职院校校企合作顶岗实践教学模式运行中存在的问题,借鉴与比较国内外校企合作办学的成功经验,提出以“就业为导向、能力为基础”的“岗前训练、顶岗实践、就业”三位一体的校企合作、工学结合的实践教学模式;探讨区域行业典型企业组成共同体,创建专业训练基地,并与职业院校合作培养高素质技能型人才的组织形式;分析在该模式下双师结构团队建设、教学做合一教学方式转变、实训教材建设、行业企业资源共享、高素质高技能人才培养、就业等方面优势。
