对复合驱采出液破乳过程中的某些微观现象进行了观测和研究。在复合驱采出液的破乳过程中,随着油滴在水相中上浮,会发生油滴变形铺展成油膜,油膜之间又很快发生聚并的现象。其原因是当油滴浮出水相,作用在油滴上的表面张力发生变化,使油滴以固定的比例铺展成油膜,理论推导和实验数据都证明其比例系数是只与乳液体系的自身性质有关的常数;聚并前后的油膜半径变化规律与球状油滴聚并变化规律一样,这是对油滴按比例铺展成油膜的自然推论。在破乳速度较快、破乳程度较彻底的体系中,这种现象普遍存在。对此现象提出了数学模型,并进行了实验验证。
Some microscopic phenomena during demulsification of composite flooding recovery fluid were observed and studied.
