目的:观察仙灵骨葆对犬种植体周围炎情况下骨结合的影响,探讨中药治疗种植体周围炎的方法。方法:建立犬种植体周围炎模型,随机分为3组,非炎组、中药组、盐水组。于用药后1、2月后进行种植体周围组织学观察,了解仙灵骨葆对种植体周围炎的治疗效果。结果:①炎症组菌斑指数(PI),探诊深度(PD),牙龈指数(GI)均明显高于非炎组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),成功复制犬种植体周围炎动物模型。②喂药后1月,盐水组种植体周围骨小梁平均宽度(TbWi)、结合骨板宽度(CBLW)、成骨细胞个数(OBN)均明显低于非炎组、中药组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。而中药组喂药2月后,TbWi、CBLW非炎组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆可以对抗炎症引起的骨丧失,增加种植体周围的骨量,增加种植体-骨界面的结合骨板宽度,提高骨结合的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of xianlinggubao on the osseointegration of peri-implantitis in dogs and to explore the method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peri-implantitis. Methods: The model of canine peri-implantitis was established and randomly divided into 3 groups, non-inflammation group, traditional Chinese medicine group and saline group. After 1, 2 months after treatment, histological observation of the peri implant was performed to understand the therapeutic effect of Xi Ling Gu Bao on peri-implantitis. Results ① The plaque index (PI), probing depth (PD) and gingival index (GI) in the inflammation group were significantly higher than those in the non-inflammation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) Inflammatory animal model. ②The mean trabecular thickness (TbWi), CBLW and the number of osteoblasts (OBN) around the implants in saline group were significantly lower than those in non-Yan and TCM groups Very significant (P <0.01). However, no significant difference was found between TbWi and CBLW non-inflammation group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Xianling Gubao can counteract the inflammation-induced bone loss, increase the amount of bone around the implant, increase the width of the bone-implant-bone interface and improve the quality of bone union.
