新一轮基础教育课程改革在评价方面的变化相对较大,提出改变传统过于注重甄别和分数判断的学生能力的评价方式,改为发展性评价为主要评价手段。对于学校体育教师的评价模式也相应的进行了变革,改变过去过于注重教龄、基础教学水平等评价模式,也以发展性评价的理念对体育教师进行评价。体育教师是学校体育工作开展的主要实施者,其全部工作指向教学、管理、训练和竞赛。对于高中学生身体素质的增强和学校体育工作的开展具有积极意义。对高中体育教师评价,是新课标所倡导的一个重要方面,只有正确评价体育教师的工作,才能够更好的激发体育教师的工作热情,才能更好地开展学校体育工作。
The new round of basic education curriculum reform in the evaluation of changes relatively large, put forward to change the traditional emphasis on screening and score judgments of students’ assessment of the ability to change the development of evaluation as the main means of evaluation. The evaluation model of school physical education teachers has also been correspondingly changed, changing the previous emphasis on teaching age, basic teaching level evaluation model, but also the concept of developmental evaluation of physical education teachers evaluation. Physical education teachers are the main implementers of school physical education. All their work is directed at teaching, management, training and competition. It is of positive significance to the enhancement of physical quality of high school students and the development of school physical education. The evaluation of high school PE teachers is an important aspect advocated by the new curriculum standard. Only by correctly evaluating the work of PE teachers can we better inspire PE teachers’ enthusiasm in order to carry out school physical education better.
