目的 :研究肝细胞癌中 AFP蛋白表达与 P53、P1 6、nm2 3-H1 、C-myc表达的关系及意义。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法检测 5 0例肝癌组织中 AFP、P53、P1 6、nm2 3-H1 、C-myc蛋白的表达。结果 :AFP蛋白在肝癌组织中表达的阳性率为 70 % ,癌旁组织中 1 6% ;AFP蛋白表达与 P53、C-m yc蛋白表达呈正相关 ;与 P1 6和 nm2 3-H1 蛋白表达呈负相关。结论 :AFP基因在肝癌发生中起重要作用 ,AFP基因与 P53、P1 6 、nm2 3-H1 、C-myc基因之间关系密切
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of AFP protein and the expression of P53, P1 6, nm23-H1 and C-myc in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of AFP, P53, P1 6, nm23-H1 and C-myc in 50 HCC tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of AFP protein was 70% in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and 16% in adjacent tissues. The expression of AFP protein was positively correlated with P53 and Cm yc protein, but negatively correlated with the expression of P1 6 and nm23 3-H1 protein . Conclusion: The AFP gene plays an important role in the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma. The AFP gene is closely related to the P53, P1 6, nm23-H1 and C-myc genes
