本实验对完整鼠和脊髓鼠的电针效应进行比较,并研究其有关的神经递质。 用250克左右大白鼠,乙醚、乌拉坦复合麻醉下,在第三胸椎直视下完全横断脊髓。术后24小时和7日分别进行实验。在完整鼠和脊髓鼠均经寰枕膜插入PE-10塑料管达腰膨大头端,术后7日进行实验或横断手术。经导管注入药物分别为纳络酮10微克,荷包牡丹碱5微克,溶液量为15微升。针刺两侧环跳和次髎穴15分,频率20赫兹,强度3伏。用聚光灯幅射热照射尾部引起大鼠的甩尾反射作为痛反应指标。
