本实验用[~3H]-脱氧葡萄糖自显影术研究纳洛酮对电针“足三里”穴区传入信息在脊髓、脑干中传递的影响。实验结果用日本MPM-2型光密度微测仪测量各核团自显影象的光密度值(D)。结果表明:(1)电针左侧“足三里”穴区可引起注射了纳洛酮(125μg/0.2ml,iv)的大鼠(n=8)同侧腰髓背角自显影象的光密度增加[电针侧(左侧)背角光密度值平均为0.689±0.026D,非电针侧(右侧)为0.498±0.033D](P<0.05)。其中5只大鼠左侧薄束核自显影象的光密度不增加,此时牵拉胃可引起连合核自显影象的光密度增加(较对照点平均增加37.82±7.07%,P<0.05);反之,另8只大鼠针刺侧薄束核自显影象的光密度呈现增加(较非针刺侧薄束核平均增加58.2±17.09%,P<0.05),这时牵拉胃未能引
