目的 探讨 IL- 8在甲状腺肿瘤组织中的表达及意义 .方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 ,观察 12例甲状腺腺瘤和16例甲状腺癌 (其中 8例甲状腺乳头状癌、4例甲状腺滤泡状癌、3例甲状腺髓样癌和 1例甲状腺未分化癌 )患者甲状腺组织中 IL - 8的表达及分布 .结果 甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌患者甲状腺组织中 IL- 8表达阳性率分别为 2 5 %和 81% (P<0 .0 1) .甲状腺癌中 IL - 8免疫染色强度显著高于甲状腺腺瘤(P<0 .0 1) ;不同类型甲状腺癌组织中 IL- 8免疫染色强度也有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,其中未分化癌染色强度较高 ,其次为滤泡状癌 ,乳头状癌和髓样癌染色强度较低 .甲状腺腺瘤组织中间质细胞 IL- 8免疫染色阳性 ,而甲状腺癌组织中间质细胞 IL - 8免疫染色阴性 ,血管内皮细胞染色阳性 .结论 IL - 8在甲状腺腺瘤组织中表达较低 ,而在甲状腺癌组织中高表达 ,且甲状腺癌恶性程度越高表达越强 ,提示 IL- 8可能与甲状腺肿瘤的恶性增殖有关
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of IL-8 in thyroid tumors. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe 12 cases of thyroid adenoma and 16 cases of thyroid cancer (8 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and 4 cases of thyroid follicular carcinoma, The expression and distribution of IL-8 in thyroid tissue of 3 cases of medullary thyroid carcinoma and 1 case of thyroid undifferentiated carcinoma. The intensity of IL-8 immunostaining in thyroid cancer was significantly higher than that in thyroid adenoma (P<0.01); there was also a significant difference in the intensity of IL-8 immunostaining in different types of thyroid cancer tissues.
