目的 观察芪丹通脉片 (QDTMT)对实验性心肌缺血犬左心功能的影响 .方法 采用结扎冠脉 ,造成犬急性心肌缺血、心肌梗死动物模型 ,经十二指肠灌入实验用药 ,测量用药前及用药后不同实验时间点左室收缩力、左室作功、左室内压等血流动力学指标 .结果 各给药组对左室收缩力、左室作功无明显影响 ;生药 2 g· kg- 1剂量组可增加左室内压最大上升速率 (dp/ dtmax) ,用药后 90 min,12 0 min分别增加 (111.89± 10 .0 9) %和 (116 .6 5± 10 .43) % ,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0 .0 1) .结论 QDTMT为临床治疗缺血性心脏病提供了实验依据
Objective To observe the effect of QDTMT on left ventricular function of experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs.Methods Ligation of coronary artery, animal model of acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in dogs, and experimental drug administration by duodenal instillation The hemodynamic parameters such as left ventricular contractility, left ventricular work, left intraventricular pressure, etc. were measured before and after treatment.
