目的:探讨实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸组织氧化与抗氧化的改变。方法:通过手术方法建立大鼠精索静脉曲张模型,检测睾丸组织匀浆MDA、ROS和GSH-Px的含量。结果:实验组左侧睾丸组织MDA和ROS含量、GSH-Px活力均高于对照组。结论:大鼠精索静脉曲张左侧睾丸组织脂质过氧化物增多,抗氧化能力减弱。
Objective: To investigate the changes of testicular tissue oxidation and oxidation in experimental varicocele rats. Methods: The rat varicocele model was established by surgery. The contents of MDA, ROS and GSH-Px in testis tissue were detected. Results: The contents of MDA and ROS in testis and the activities of GSH-Px in the left testes of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The left testis tissue of rat varicocele increased lipid peroxide, anti-oxidation ability.
