道德是调整人与人、个人与社会,以及人与自然关系的准则和规范,它对人的行为有重要的规范和导向作用,对整个社会的政治、经济和人的发展都会产生重大影响。 一、道德教育价值取向的偏颇及后果 自古以来,道德教育对规范人的行为,维护社会稳定方面的作用,被认识得较为充分,但对道德教育在培养人的创新素质方面的作用,认识得却不够充分,发挥得更是不够。 我国以往的道德教育受传统道德教育和旧的政治经济体制的影响,主要是从社会需要出发,强调道德教育培养接受或继承社会秩序与道德的个体,而作为个体的人的价值问题以及人格独立的问题却没有得到应有的关注,盲目地、急功近利地跟在社会后面跑。这样的道德
