目的详细了解乳腺癌不同治疗方法、不同治疗顺序与局部复发和转移的规律,以便为临床医生提供有理有据的正确处理方法。方法对我院10年收治的发生局部复发或远处转移的乳腺癌病例进行详细的回顾性分析。从临床特征、个人素质、治疗方案、治疗顺序等不同角度进行分析,找出乳腺癌复发转移规律。结果发现除治疗方案和治疗顺序影响预后外,乳腺癌发病部位、病理类型、免疫组化、淋巴结转移、化疗药物的选择及照射野的设计、剂量大小等均有相关性。结论乳腺癌治疗要掌握相应的治疗顺序及早治疗,有效预防乳腺癌复发转移。
Objective To learn more about different breast cancer treatment methods, different treatment sequences and local recurrence and metastasis in order to provide clinicians with the right and proper treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the cases of breast cancer with local recurrence or distant metastasis admitted to our hospital for 10 years. From the clinical features, personal qualities, treatment programs, treatment sequence analysis of different angles to find out the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer. The results showed that in addition to the prognosis of treatment programs and treatment sequence, the incidence of breast cancer sites, pathological types, immunohistochemistry, lymph node metastasis, the choice of chemotherapy drugs and irradiation field design, dose size are related. Conclusion Breast cancer treatment should master the appropriate treatment sequence and early treatment, effectively prevent breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.
